The Tattoo Lady was originally opened in 1997 by Kelly Leader. Her goal was to open a tattoo studio where everyone would feel comfortable, welcome, and have a good time while they received a great tattoo at a reasonable price.

From 80/94, take the Kennedy Ave Exit (Exit 3) heading North. Continue on Kennedy Avenue until you cross the railroad tracks just north of 169th Avenue. The Tattoo Lady will be on your right-hand side of the road just past the railroad tracks.
