The Tattoo Lady is a tattoo and body piercing studio in Hammond, Indiana originally opened in 1997 by Kelly Voris. Her goal was to open a tattoo studio where everyone would feel comfortable, welcome, and have a good time while they received a great tattoo at a reasonable price.
